Buyer representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a qualified research customer purchasing exclusively for laboratory research, analytical method development, identity verification, or laboratory evaluation; (b) you are of legal age in your jurisdiction; (c) you have the proper equipment, facilities, and personnel to handle research materials safely; and (d) you will not use or resell the materials for human or animal consumption, therapeutic, clinical, diagnostic, dietary-supplement, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration use.

Research use only

All materials are sold for laboratory research and analytical use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human or animal consumption or administration. See our Compliance policy and full disclaimer.

Prohibited use & right to cancel

Orders intended for human or animal consumption or administration, or for any unlawful purpose, are prohibited. VNG reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order it reasonably believes is non-compliant with these terms or with applicable law, and to cancel orders for restricted items. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.

Documentation, pricing & payment

Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis matched to the lot number. Prices are listed per material and are subject to change. Orders are accepted subject to availability and verification.

Limitation of liability

Materials are provided for research use only and without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the identity and purity stated in the Certificate of Analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VNG is not liable for any use of the materials outside their intended laboratory research use. The buyer assumes all risk associated with the handling, use, and distribution of research materials.
